Humans are at their best when they are constantly striving to improve themselves.

They shine when they have the motivation to learn, to expand, to be greater than what they may think they are intended to be.

If you want to be the best you can be, you need to have ideals. You need to have something to aim for and strive towards. If you do not have anything, you will not be motivated to do anything.

You might be an entrepreneur already. But are you excited about what you will do tomorrow? Or is this just another day of daily tasks to achieve before you can come back home and repeat the next day?

Tennyson wrote these lines:

We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

What we are is the product of our thoughts, our feelings, our actions, our environment and everything we experience.

To strive, to seek, to find and to know what it is that you have found is a good way to live.

Every person has an inner drive to be successful in what they do.

Tomorrow is a new day. It is a new opportunity, a new challenge. When you wake up, find that thing that excites you the most. It may be a goal, it may be your career, it may be your life in general. Whatever it is, find it.

When you can focus on what you want to achieve, the mundane can become magical. If it is something that doesn’t feel good, simply cut it out or if it is a necessary task – keep your mind on the bigger picture.

Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you’ll be amongst the stars. Norman Vincent Peale

      Thanks for sharing this inspiring post, Kieren. An important part of an entrepreneur’s mindset is keeping motivated even when you hit challenging times. And, yes, loving what you do and maintaining that drive to be the best that you can be.
